Birds of Pray is a
showcase of the aerial
acrobatics and natural talents of Loudoun Castle's bird
collection, in a fun and
informative show.
There are also enclosures where you can get a close look at the stars
of the show.
The birds on display include a hawk,
parrot,
vulture,
falcon,
kookaburra,
three different species of owl
and two species of eagle.
Their handler is very knowledgeable in his subject and gives a fascinating account
of how each bird would use their astounding
skills in the wild, while encouraging the birds to
illustrate these abilities to the audience - just mind your head when they're
flying over!
